- To foster a culture of excellence that leas to holistic success-individual and collective
- To inculcate a feeling of social responsibility and sensitize the youth to social happenings around them
- To empower and train youth for the justice and peace building in the society
- To undertake motivation building among young people to help to dream, set goals and achieve
- To safeguard youth power in the region, form the threat of drugs and behavioral deviance, through training in life skills and career guidance.
- To conduct empowerment services for rural youth, tribal youth, migrated and underprivileged youth.
